“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

La camera assegnataci era spaziosa con arredi moderni e un bel balcone ,attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, con vista sulla citta'.il Bagno era dotato di una doccia semi aperta che allagava il pavimento. Purtroppo la pulizia era poco accurata, veniva solo rifatto il letto, nel bagno gli asciugamani non venivano sostituiti.Ho trovato la colazione poco assortita di dolci e con prodotti...

Il secondo giorno (venerdi') hanno cominciato a lavorare sulla strada verso la spiaggia alle 8,30 di mattina con un camion che passava ogni 3 minute facendo un rumore incredibile. Quando ci siamo lamentati, ci hanno detto "scusa, speriamo che finiscono per le 13"!!!. Non si poteva ne dormire ne stare in camera per risposare e leggere. Il giorno dopo, quando ho chiesto un...

“We had an excellent stay at this boutique apartment and felt at home the moment we walked in. The place was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and air conditioning in every room. “Fantastic three nights here. The treehouse setting was magical the room was spotless, spacious and overlooked the serene lagoon. The staff were wonderful, helping us arrange excursions with ease, the spa and massages were absolutely lovely, and both times we dined the food was delicious with great cocktails and drinks. Overall a fab experience and would highly recommend!”

“Pro: I chose ocean view room —totally worth the money! My unit is more like an Ocean front unit with amazing ocean view and we sleep with the beautiful ocean wave sounds. Totally happy with the rental. Rooms are large and clean. The beds are very comfy. The check in was very easy given our flight was very late. We didn’t enjoy the apartment fully because everyday was packed with activities. This is the place I want to live for a month! There are quite a few nice restaurants within walking...

The two negatives I have from our stay are a very hard mattress in the main bedroom(sofa bed was more comfortable)No staff on at reception on weekend wasn't ideal But The pool was lovely,the breakfast on site was outstanding,the staff were friendly,the rooms although dated were very clean and nicely layed out with plenty of room for a comfortable stay and the fresh plants from the garden were a nice touch.I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the Golden sands to my friends...
